Gives you extra water you need - remember you need minimum of 2l per day!
They contain most of vitamins you need every day - vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc
It is extremely low in calories - :)
