Super Power of Cucumber!

If you are like me and drink a healthy cocktail every day,

I have a great tip, that I recently learned – add a piece of cucumber to it, because cucumbers are great for:

  • Giving you energy for several hours – forget about the caffeinated drinks!

  • Gives you extra water you need - remember you need minimum of 2l per day!

  • They contain most of vitamins you need every day - vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc

  • It is extremely low in calories - :)
