Power of the Rose - Secret of Your Beauty!
For me as a makeup artist, it is important not only to use professional makeup for my work, but also high quality creams, for prepping the skin. This is why I want to share with you one of my favorite product line, I use often at the moment.
It started with a trip to Bulgaria,
when I found out about their very popular rose oil, which is used in high quality cosmetic products and perfumes. Christian Dior, Nina Ricci, Kenzo, Givenchy and Gucci are among the world-famous brands that all refine rose oil as an essential ingredient for their fragrances but the most famous perfume containing Bulgarian rose oil is Chanel No. 5.
Interesting fact that one kilo of rose oil used to be sold for one kilo of gold! This is not surprising when you realize that it takes about 4000 kg of rose blossoms to produce 1 kg of rose oil. A very good and experienced picker can pick up to 60 kg of roses a day. I will allow you to do the math, but remember that rose picking season is really short – about three weeks in mid - May and you can pick them only from 5 am to 10 am.
Here is my TOP 3 of my favorite products I use for work and they all contain bio Argan oil:
Lifting day cream – it is very soft has a nice smell to it and has lifting effect. Each time I use it with a customer; they always want to know what cream is this, because you actually can feel the difference!
Multifunctional oil 4 in 1 – it is a great product for your hair as a mask, for your face and body as moisturizer, for nails as strengthener!
Hand and nail cream – what nail technician would I be, if I wouldn’t have a nail and hand cream from this product line. Well, it is really great; hands are nice and soft after. Don’t forget to ask me about it, when you do your nails next time with me!
Next time you go to Bulgaria, don’t forget to get these lovely products, but beware of imitations! Small tip: luckily for us, our days we can get everything online, you don’t even have to go all the way to Bulgaria ;)
