The Healthiest Breakfast for Your Beauty

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, if you have to eat breakfast anyway, why not to make it super healthy, good for your skin, hair, nails and tasty at the same time?!

Must have ingredients:

Linseed (or Flax-seed)

Mango

Orange

Cinnamon (Ceylon not Cassia)

How to make your delicious breakfast?

It depends how much you like to eat for breakfast, but this is my portion:

In a blender I blend half an orange and half a mango ( Add coconut water or almond milk - optional)

I fill up my coffee grinder with linseed and grind them.

Mix all together and add ½ tsp of cinnamon

I always add some nuts, raisins, other seeds and/ or some berries.

Why is this the best breakfast for your beauty?

Let’s start with linseed or flax-seeds - They are the richest sources of a plant-based omega-3 fatty acids and that gives you healthier skin, hair and nails!

The best way to have linseed so they would be really good for you is to grind them in a coffee/ spice grinder and then eat them in half an hour’s time. If you eat them whole, they just go through your body, not helping you. If you buy them grinned then all the best values are long gone. So, really, just get a coffee/ spice grinder and you will give your body a lot of great things.

Mangoes and Oranges are a great source of Vitamin C that helps maintain your skins firmness while repairing and rejuvenating it, reducing wrinkles and signs of ageing!

Cinnamon (recommended Ceylon or True Cinnamon not Cassia) has a whole bunch of really good benefits for your general health but because this is a beauty blog and beauty breakfast I will mention just one of them - it helps with weight loss!

Now when you know all the good values of this breakfast, start your new and healthier life today!

Remember: If you eat this for your breakfast it will be most definitely the most important meal of your day!
