The Healthiest Breakfast for Your Beauty

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, if you have to eat breakfast anyway, why not to make it super healthy, good for your skin, hair, nails and tasty at the same time?! Must have ingredients: Linseed (or Flax-seed) Mango Orange Cinnamon (Ceylon not Cassia) How to make your delicious breakfast? It depends how much you like to eat for breakfast, but this is my portion: In a blender I blend half an orange and half a mango ( Add coconut water or almond milk - optional) I fill up my coffee grinder with linseed and grind them. Mix all together and add ½ tsp of cinnamon I always add some nuts, raisins, other seeds and/ or some berries. Why is this the best breakfast
